Akanksha Pandey passionate and dedicated transgender social activist, is driven to join a dynamic team where she can utilize her experience and skills to deliver exceptional results and contribute to the organization's growth. With a strong educational background, Akanksha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Digvijay Nath PG College and a Master's degree in Social Work from Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon University. She has also completed a Diploma in Computer Applications and has been certified in various programs, including a certification from the Chief Medical Officer, of Gorakhpur District Hospital. Akanksha's professional journey began as a Community Mobilizer with the Wajood Project at Alliance India, where she worked tirelessly to promote the rights and welfare of marginalized communities. She has also worked as an Office Assistant at Track-On Courier Pvt Ltd and as a Project Manager for the TI Project at Srishti Seva Sansthan, UPSACS. As a Master Trainer at the Uttar Pradesh State AIDS Control Society, Akanksha has conducted numerous training sessions, empowering individuals and communities with vital information and skills. She has also worked as a District Resource Group member with UNICEF, further demonstrating her commitment to social activism. Throughout her career, Akanksha has developed exceptional skills in project management, critical thinking, decision-making, planning, and coordination. Her ability to adapt to new situations and collaborate with diverse teams has earned her recognition and respect. Akanksha's achievements have been acknowledged through various certifications and honors, including recognition from the Governor of Himachal Pradesh. Her dedication to promoting social justice and equality has inspired countless individuals, and she continues to strive for a more inclusive and compassionate society.
