Mr. Sunil Kumar Pandey is Post Graduate in Hindi and B.Ed. in education having a rich experience of 20 years in working for socially excluded sections of the society as a social activist. He has founded an NGO named Srishti Seva Sansthan, which is known as SSS. SSS works in worst indicators on women and child issues. He is working in Indo-Nepal border districts against child marriage, child labor, domestic violence, gender-based violence, and discrimination of women and adolescents.
I am chief Functionary of Srishti Seva Sansthan, Maharajganj. I born in the middle-class family by 5th July 1977 at Maharajganj district of eastern UP which is established on the Indo-Nepal international border. With a strong interest in education from childhood, complete the- Master’s degree in Hindi from DDU University Gorakhpur & B.Ed. from DDU University Gorakhpur. During the academic education, social work was my passion. I worked with a scout during Junior Education, & during graduation involved in National Service Scheme, after the completion of Post Graduation worked with Nehru Yuva Kendra. As a social activist I freehold worked done for Sanitation Campaign, literacy campaign &, etc. During the post-graduation period a social organization has registered by some prominent social worker. In the present situation is working with Srishti Seva Sansthan as a Chief Functionary.
During the working period, I got a great opportunity for TOT on Panchayati Raj by the Sahbhagi Shikshan Kendra Lko in 1998. After the TOT, I gained more experience as a trainer at the grass-root level. I am participating from time to time in debates contest, essay writing contest on social issues & as well as directly working with the community for their betterment with Right Base Approaches. I visualize the sustainable development of community & formed a social organization with the support of some intelligent persons. The organization has registered by the 28.09.2000 at Maharajganj.
I trained on various social issues like a social activist. His expertise in Panchayati Raj, Micro Planning/PRA, CBOs Promotion, Right Base Approach, Gender Equality, Basic Health, Advocacy tools in community rights as well as effective documentation, accounting & research. The Organization is being implemented to Empowering Rural Women (ERW) supported by the SDTT & Coordinated by PANI-PST in Right Base Approach. In this project, I am giving handholding support to my organization and other ERW partners organization in UP. Recently I got a training program from Dignity International, Malaysia on Human Right Base Development and TISS Mumbai to same training.
