Amit Mishra, a dedicated and results-driven professional, was born on July 3, 1992, in Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh. With a strong educational background in social work, including an MSW degree from UPRTOU University, Amit has accumulated over ten years of experience in the NGO sector. Amit's professional journey began with Srishti Seva Sansthan, where he worked on various projects, including the Farmers Action For Sustainable Agro-based Livelihood Program. In this role, he demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, conducting community-based group meetings, monitoring CRPs, and coordinating with government departments. As a Project Coordinator, Amit played a crucial role in promoting water conservation and technologies in agriculture. He successfully implemented behavior change initiatives, reducing groundwater waste and increasing income for farmers. Amit's expertise extends to accounting and financial management, with experience in Tally software and COCO software. He has also worked on various annexures, including water calculation and well mapping. In his current role as District Resource Person for the Link Worker Scheme, supported by UPSACS Lucknow, Amit oversees the implementation of the program in Kushinagar district. He supervises a team, facilitates recruitment, and develops district implementation plans. Amit's skills and strengths include excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. He is a quick learner, adaptable, and process-oriented, with a strong commitment to social work. Throughout his career, Amit has attended various training programs and workshops, including state-level COVID crisis management programs and training sessions on MIS and documentation. As a team player with a strong work ethic, Amit is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and contributing to the growth of his organization.
