Sunil Kumar Pandey, a dedicated social activist, was born on November 2, 1977, in a middle-class family. He developed a strong passion for education and social work from an early age. Sunil's academic background includes graduation and post-graduation from JLNSPG College, DDU University Gorakhpur, as well as a B.Ed. degree. Sunil is the Chief Functionary of Srishti Seva Sansthan, a position he has held since the organization's inception in 2000. His expertise lies in Panchayati Raj, micro-planning, community-based organization promotion, rights-based approaches, gender equality, basic health, advocacy tools, and community rights. With over two decades of experience in social work, Sunil has worked on various campaigns, including sanitation and literacy. He has also undergone extensive training in areas like human rights-based development, PRA, micro-planning, and gender mainstreaming. As a seasoned trainer, Sunil has conducted numerous capacity-building programs for grassroots organizations, focusing on issues like women's empowerment, child rights, and livelihood. His exceptional leadership skills, combined with his passion for social work, have made him a respected figure in his community. Sunil's commitment to sustainable community development is evident in his work. He envisions a future where marginalized communities have equal access to resources and opportunities.
